Serial Killer Fan Club

Im putting up a fan club for someone that was a serial killer from the 1830's,and their former house is a popular tourist attraction where I live.
How can I get members for this? Her name is the name of my domain,so could I call it official xxxxxxxx fan club? I got the idea from the Charles Manson fan club,and I know there's a lot of people obsessed with serial killers.

EDIT: Its not going to be a membership site,since I am going to offer lifetime membership to the fan club,and it will have membership cards etc.

Call it the "killer fan club," or say "wouldn't you just DIE to join this club?" Copy how the Mansion site is set up, improve the SEO of yours. Advertise in all the crime sections or 'odd' places. And most of all, decide if you can live with yourself for doing this kind of site.
