SEREngines Issue on GSA

Hello everyone, I had SEREngines on my GSA program but after an update occurred the SERE options to check off in the "Where to Submit" section have disappeared. I went to the options to make sure the API was still there and i even force reinstalled SEREngines and checked for updates and then restarted the program and still do not see the SERE options to check off like i did before. Any advice on what i may be missing or why they disappeared? Thank you.

If you're sure the API key is correct and you've already tried restarting SER, then this is most likely something that the SEREngines developer is going to have to look into for you. Login to the SERE website to submit a ticket or use the email I just PM'd you to contact him. He should be able to get your issue resolved.

Issues related to GSA should better be raised at the GSA forum as you will get help with any bugs that way.
