Separating different websites or PBN's

We all know websites should be kept apart from G in any possible way.
How do you guys prefer to setup your emails for each website?

It comes to a point where you want to have access to all of your emails but not on gmail. Zoho and mail.com sucks though.. what do you use?

Why can't you just create email on your domain per each your domain and then use i.e. Synology/Xpenology to download all your emails and syndicate how ever you want?

Guys, of course, you can use the domain itself which is what we do..
MisterF, we're not looking to buy accounts in that way.

The question is, how do you handle all these accounts from one convenient place?

Managing many websites that are getting emails & requests, alongside that we want to use these emails to do outreach for backlinks.
I'ts not efficient sending emails from different accounts, hosting them on different services, following up etc..

Just set up all the accounts to redirect to one master email. If you want to use them for sending as well, sync them and you can use one master email to both receive and send emails.

Redirecting to one master is what we do in some cases. What do you mean 'sync them' to use one master to sending AND receiving?
Some of these websites have GWMT as well, and we need them to be separated both on email level.

Looks like a solid solution from firefox, did you setup multiple emails an handle outgoing/incoming emails from this dashboard?
Open for similar services with paid features.

Let's use Gmail as example here, even though I do not advise to use it for these purposes.

You login into your Gmail, sync the other accounts you want to use as emails, for example [email protected], and you are able to send emails from Gmail interface as "[email protected]". And you can do this with as many emails as you can. I am sure other big email providers have this feature as well.

This is exactly what we do with multiple accounts using Gmail. Also for different domains (not related to seo, but business).
The question remains, what solution to use as we are not interested in using Gmail? Already tried zoho and mail.com, which arent great. and reminding that we need several accounts for each domain, and different domains to be used.

The Alias options and different users using G suit is great, but for obvious reasons were looking to host emails elsewhere.
 
Use domain email and set your mobile and desktop up to receive all emails on one system.
 
It depends on how many emails You will have, if You use up to, lets say, 20 thunderbird will be fine, if it will be much more it might be more problematic.
 
Agree. Create one master email account where you can forward all of your website's notifications.
