Signup for the cheapest plan and try, it´s only like $3 for a month or $6.50 for the Advanced plan. Regarding of if the GPL themes & plugins are safe, one never knows, if that is what you are mainly after I´d rather go with Deleted member 752298 ´s service, you can even try it free here in this thread.

Haha, they need to change the currency at the top of the page, I had to look 3 times before I realised that was not the USD price.

The currency is INR ( ₹549) it´s not a $ sign .. =)
