SEOprofiler.com Charged my card without anynotification! :(

    A month ago I have signed up for SEOprofiler trail account for $1 and I didn't find it so much supportive!
    I was unaware of auto renewal so today they charged my account for $101 without any pre notification! How can I do now its totally a waste for me.
    I am already using MajesticSEO which is far better than that!
    I have contact them through Private mail but haven't get any response!



    Any suggestion which can help?

    talk to them , tell them the problem, maybe they can refund
    Anyway its your fault you should take care of your accounts/money

    I have done so and waiting for response!
    I also know that its my fault but I really was unaware that they will auto renew! This happens first time to me so I will be careful next time :)

    In my experience ANYONE who wants to charge you for a free trial and insists on your credit card (FOR WHATEVER REASON...to prove you are over 18 or whatever....yeah right....), you need to check out the terms as they are almost certainly going to auto bill you. Suppliers with good products and support don't need to do this....
    You would not believe some of the TOC's of some crap suppliers. One I recall was going to bill automatically for ever and would only accept cancellation made on their cancellation page. Of course this cancellation page did not work...and still didn't several months later....scams are everywhere!!
    Lesson learnt and too late now I would suggest, but nothing to lose trying to get them to credit it...but they would have no obligation to.

    Every Scam on Internet is a lesson. I have learned mine!
    I have block my card and order new one! :)

    It's hardly a scam though. I get the frustration however it does clearly say on their site! You should have cancelled the sub :D. I hope this got resolved?

    BTW did you use/like the tool? I am busy in the market for some form of reporting tool and trying to find the best one. I have things like Ahrefs, Moz and Majestic, I even have IBP somewhere.

    Any update, did they refund you? I'm in the same situation.
    Already contacted them, but i have few hopes, .
    Maybe paypal will help me. but i don't know which reason choose when open a dispute
