hey guys, it seemed that because i have been searching for SEO related stuff google began to start showing me SEO ads. Im just asking what is the low down on this tool called seo moz (or seomoz) that i see advertising. just want to ask you guys what you all know about it.

If your just starting off you don't need it. Just keep reading in this forum. I use it every once in awhile when I build a new site because it gives you a break down of problems on your site. But it is better used if you have clients as it has a rank tracker and a few other tools.
