Seomoz on site grades

Hi, I've been using Seomoz for a while and use their on site grades.
I have the feeling that to "check" all their factors, your page has to be overoptimized: exact text in url/h1/h2/bold/img alt/desc....

So is it just me or you would recommend the on site not to be as perfect as they suggest?
