I did much business with Seoclerks Platform in the past and used it as a buyer pretty often.
I became hired for a big project, with much content and SEO needs and therefore loaded my account. I was starting my research and created my lists on what to order.

The project has been suddenly canceled as one of the owners ditched the project. OK, no problem I thought, but then noticed I can't withdraw and the money is locked in the platform.
The customer support told me I have to spend it on the platform (is this even legal?).

I had to pay those funds to the client, but didn't want to pay it out of my own pocket. So I created seller account and bought some of my own orders. With the ridiculous cut, still a hefty loss, but I least I don't have to pay that amount back on my own completely I thought.

Ok - waiting time of 8 days until withdrawal will possible. Waited.
Clicked withdrawal - a message appeared my account is locked for withdrawals and I shall contact support.

So I contacted support - after one week I got a lame one-liner about " buyer/seller fraud - possible self refund attempt from cancelled order, BTC". They referenced that I paid in Bitcoin, I think for the reason that this is a non-reversible transaction, in contradiction to PayPal for example, so a note to them themselves, they don't need to care for this anymore as I can't create conflict / chargeback or anything.

Well, it is my money actually. I am ok with having them take a hefty cut as fee. But they just keep the complete money now? Who of us is the fraudster - Who keeps money that doesn't belong to them?

Keep this in mind if you use the services of this platform.

Not really easy. You transfer money from one account to another one - both loggin IPs and stuff.
If their intention is to prevent money laundering, they would book it back to origin account and close the seller account. Everything else I would consider as scam as they keep money they didn't provide anything for in exchange.

I can also write all kind of terms, does not mean that they have any legal effect just by letting customer sign it.
if you agree with written terms and conditions then you enter a contract, not a lot you can do about it, any business is the same

Never liked that website! Even all their services look scammy and overrated as hell ...

So I just need to create a fake service, state I won't deliver anything and keep your money if you sign it.
Now I have just to wait for people that don't read all TOS and keep the money? Don't think so.
By the way, who of you smarty pants have read the TOS of PayPal for example?

If it's not a lot of money then let go. Besides nothing can be done. You didn't use paypal or credit card so will be difficult to get your money back.

It's annoying as fuck, but I shared more to make people aware. I don't expect any help here, it is not a BHW platform - though, I want the community know about it, as I don't like it if scammers make money from the fam

Update: I will file a BBB complaint here and let you know what is the outcome.
I am not in there for the money, but I just HATE it to be scammed and if company thinks it stands above the law.

You could have just created a job to send money to PayPal and buy a seller bid, at least you would have gotten some money back

This is what I did and therefore they locked the account and keep all the money, so I cannot even spend it even more. This is what it is all about actually.

This is no fraud, as no one is frauded right?
Please tell me who, beside me, lost money with this "fraud" - first fraud ever, the fraudster loses his own money. That is funny, right? Let's demystify the money flow for you:
1. I deposit into platform - my money wents into the escrow of Seo Clerks
2. Tos I say cannot withdraw anymore but only spent it. (legal?)
3. I purchase a service from myself - against TOS but no fraud. Money flow from account 1 to account 2 - minus juicy fees, already taken by SEOclerks. Loss of money: Me | Gains without doing anything: SEOclerks.

OK, no tell me where exactly you see me frauding any money?
