This is primarily to warn others about this scammer and hopefully open some eyes in case it ever happens to you. You will see from the records that this is a near text book reaction of a scammer. Emotional play, deceipt and delay. Read on and I hope this serves as a warning to others. Mods I apologise for wasting your time on this, I should have known better. I am not interested in people chiming in on how I should have known better, I was wrong, I hold my hands up to that. These are the facts so it doesn't happen to others. The money is not the issue here.

Facts: Brandon (SeoCheat) - Wellington Florida
1) On Wednesday June the 13th SeoCheat posted a thread asking for a loan of $100 via Western Union in return for payment of $140 and 10 500 word unique articles which would be returned in 6 days. He stated he needed the money for his kids. I did some investigation and it appeared from his posts he was genuine. I offered to help and told him I didn't want a monetary value return, but instead he could write me 10 articles. He agreed to the terms. I asked that he supplied me with a photo of him holding a piece of paper with his username and the date.
2) On Thursday June the 14th at 5am I received and email from Brandon requesting the money be sent to a certain address. I reminded him he had not supplied the photo. This went on for about 8 hrs with one excuse after the other. He didn't have the camera,lost camera, no cable etc .. I stood my ground. He supplied the photo. Before I made the payment we agreed he would supply 2 articles per day and on the 6th day would return the payment.
3) Friday 15th June I emailed Brandon and asked "Just wanted to touch base and check you did the pick ok and the articles are still scheduled for today?" His reply "yes, I picked up the Western Union with no issues and your articles are still scheduled for today

4) Saturday 16th June. I had received nothing from Bandon. I started to investigate (This is something I should have done initially) turns out he's pulled the exact scam before. http://seoblackhatz.com/the-shit-list/seocheat-bhw-aka-bradon-denino-aka-xmediapromotions-com-scam-failure-to-pay-back-loan/ . After instructing an investigation into him it turns out he is one dodgy character. I told him I want my payment back within 24hrs. He responded by delivering the first article with this message "Let me know how you like the first article. You have three more coming your way today."
5) Sunday 17[SUP]th[/SUP] June no further articles received. I warned him I would release all information I have on him to everyone he knows and publicly. He responded by saying today is fathers day and he's busy.
6) Monday 18[SUP]th[/SUP] June. After again warning him I received one more article. At this point I gave him a deadline of Wednesday the 20[SUP]th[/SUP] June 10am (BST) to deliver the articles and repay the amount. No exceptions.
7) Wednesday 20[SUP]th[/SUP] June at 10am. Nothing received. I replied he was nothing but a scammer and I would be releasing the info. He replied immediately saying deadline was at the end of the day not now. He then asked me if he could pay me in paypal which I agreed to. He then asked me what the paypal fees were and then finally he sent a few more emails begging for another week on the payment. He said "if I deliver all 8 articles today" will you give me another week.
It was obvious at this point he was delaying yet again, I repeatedly told him he has done nothing but lie to me and deceive me and I would not be giving him the benefit of doubt again. He has not made a payment nor delivered articles. In fact I have not heard from him.
I will stick to my promise and slowly release all the information on him publicly and to everyone he knows. Let this be a lesson to scammers sometimes it is not about the money. In this case Brandon happened to pick on someone who had the right contacts to sort this mess out, and that's exactly what I plan on doing.
I could walk away and save the time and the energy, but I won't purely because he'll do it again and again.

From the above it may appear I was more interested in the articles, this is not the case. I believe in keeping your word and seeing through the deal, as soon as he did not do this I knew this would go wrong, I had agreed to give him 6 days to pay me back and could not budge on this, i could hassle him for what he hadn't delivered. I could have had the articles done by my team without any of this grief.
Of all the years I've been on BHW I've not been scammed this is hands down one of the best communities out there, emotion got the better of me on this one and my goggles went misty. Let this serve as a warning to others. Stay safe guys.
