Seobook,seomoz pro members

Are any of you premium member of seobook,seomoz or some other reliable seo service?
What is your experience?
Is it worth paying for?

I suppose there are seo guys on the forum.Anyone?

I did a one month trial of seomoz about a year ago and it was ok but not worth the money they were offering for the full time program. A lot of their documents were out of date. The Q+A base was quite interesting tho however Im sure you can get a rip of this from someone.

Seobook on the other hand is supposed to be very good and it is one program I would certainly consider

SeoMOZ is definitely not worth it. I also had a month trial subscription. Most of the tools they have are available elsewhere for free and the guides are nothing exciting. They have just released some SEO pro training DVDs. I wonder if they are any good?

As for SeoBook I hear good things but I have yet to try it out.
