Seobook Rank Checker-Broken?

So around the 11th, a large number of my pages disappeared from the above tool that were ranking page 1 & 2 in Gugle. The home page and a couple of others are showing up but the others, gone.

I'm wondering if the tool is having a problem or I actually took a hit. My sites are not content farms, all unique, long content etc.

I've checked with some online checkers, and some pages seem to be there, but maybe that was in the old index. Trying to get to the bottom of it. Any similar tools here I can use?

its working fine for me, used it this morning and manually checked some results.

Forgot to mention though that depending on what data center it hits, it could be slightly off, not much though. Google is usually within 2 or 3 places, yahoo can be off a couple pages. Nothing major though.
