Any help or advice on taglines to help my site rank up in google, is it bad to have like 100 of them?

Tags don't bring much impact to your rankings and after much testing, I doubt if they do bring any impact SEO-wise (assumption from experience, so you can say a theory). The only contribution I can clearly see in using them is they help in the search bar found WITHIN your site.

A friendly advice I can give you is to improve you writing. From your question it's not clear what exactly you want to ask so if you do your site and SEO the same way, I think Google will not favor it.

yes, (and sorry) i meant meta-tags, and the site description. IE, as seen in between the head tags.

Work on your Meta Description. Meta description can improve your CTR. Write attractive meta description, keep in mind never write fake promises. It will hurt your website image.
