Great List. I usually will pull up 3-4 competitors and see is there is a keyword or backlink gap. Brutal keyword research...geo, long-tail, short-tail, and SEO plugins. Forms to get their info and encourage a later engagement. I love SEMrush and definitely Google Search Console and Screaming Frog always comes handy. I sometimes use seranking.com. I try to do a short experiments during the week in order to see if there is obvious and compelling data. I make a tiny Google Ads account to see what keywords my leads have concocted.
