SEO with Reddit?

I created an account on Reddit for link submitting, but I don't think it help me in increasing more traffic.
I hope you can give me some instructions.

You need to get allot of rep on reddit before you start seeing traffic.

Post pictures from imgur and get people to up vote them. Next time you post you'll be put to the top of the list.

You need to get at least 10 upvotes within an hour. Then there is chances you will get traffic. For this you can use 10-15 proxy sites and upvote your links. Though this is a unethical method but I had success in driving more than 100k visitors on my different links.

For more safety you can try proxy sites with different countries.
