SEO Whitepaper and Contract

Hey Guys,

I have been following 7878's method for selling offline. Its been going fairly well, yet one of my strengths is in SEO so would like to sell SEO to my local clients.

Does anyone have a good SEO whitepaper I can show to clients for them to get some nice clean info about SEO, some facts etc?

And consequently, does anyone have a contract for my client to sign if they're interested in the SEO service?
