Seo vs quality content

Here i am again, im a bit angry becouse my website dont appear in the 500 first results of gogle for my keywords...
Why????
My website have 68 quality articles with more of 700 words, images with alt tags and videos, each article have links to other articles
of my web.
I have all the typical onpage seo... title, description,keywords tags...
Im creating backlinks, im getting Likes on tweets,etc...
IN FACT, my website is the best for the keywords, more content, quality content, i upload videos...etc...
I index manual each new article...
Maybe becouse my website only have 4 months old? Maybe becouse the keywords have a high competence?
What should i do? Should i focus in the SEO or should i continue creating hundreds of good articles till G think my web is the best?
The 10 website of the Top10 o , my competitors, are bad, websites with 8 or 9 articles without value created just for have a good
ranking and a lot of ads trying to get their CPA....is so frustrating...im doing VALUE in my articles but all that webs can beat me!!!!!

This may be the reason, just don't over optimize your website. Also i wanted to know if you are building links from different sources with many different anchor text variations?
 
Ok, well everyone thinks they have great content and their site is the best, its like asking a parent who's kid is cuter theirs or the neighbors..no matter how ugly the kid is the parents will think they are the most beautiful child on earth.

I am not sure what country you are targeting, but if it is USA then I can probably assume your content is NOT the best based on your post here. If you are targeting your native country then of course I cannot comment. :)


BUT assumiing your content is well written AND unique 68 articles should be enough to start ranking. Go ahead and start building some links to the site. Start with web 2.0's, bookmarks, blog comments on related blogs, use pinterest and twitter to get some social buzz going to your site. Remember you ability to rank is based on what YOU do and what kind of competition you are facing. Dont over optimize your site or links and you should start getting some results soon.

Yes, in fact i paid 2 services in BHW for backlinks. Of course i try to get backinks too!!!

Hehehe, sorry for my bad english, im targeting Spain and South America...
I can say to you 100% sure, that my web is the best in this moment, nobody have my number of articles with good information.
I will follow your advise... thanks!!!
 
It's DEFINITELY because of lack of quality backlinks if you are in competitive niche.

with tons of quality content you can move low competition kws only.
 
Only having HUGE number of quality content and good one-page SEO factor is not sufficient nowadays to rank your web-page on Top Google charts
You need to have Aged and QUALITY NICHE RELEVANT backLinks from high PR trusted authorized sources, properly indexed on Google if you want to rank high on searches.
Although I wont say that it is only because of the backlink count, its not ranking well but still as you mentioned the website is 4 months old whihc means its pretty new in that case I guess you need to focus on enhancing the Authority of the domain so that it gains Google trust.
I guess right now you should do some more SEO

Plus do have a look if you domain is an Exact Match one as Many domains are getting sandboxed due to the latest Google EMD update and if that is the case then you need to make a 301 redirect to a Newly bought non-EMD.
But but need o figure out the problem first ..:)

Good! I wihs you luck! One word of advice since it seems you are building quality, make sure your 1st tier links are also quality. Sign up for sites like blogger, tumblr, squidoo and other like it and put quality video and information on it with a link back to your site. You dont need 60 articles on these, 2-3 should be fine and dont put a link in all of the articles, just have 1 article with a link this way the web 2.0 sticks and is not deleted.

Use bookmarks from the most popular bookmark sites, reddit, stumbleupon, digg and comment with good comments on sites in a similar industry.

Save the location of these backlinks and then you can backlink those backlinks with some automated tools or services here on BHW.

But when i look in Google Webmaster Tools...the backlinks...dont appear...
Can be becouse are new backlinks? The backlinks where created 1 week ago...
Maybe i should have more patience.... im crying becouse my 4 months old website...with very new backlinks...dont is in the
top10 of google for a high competence keywords...

Time, it could take a few weeks to start seeing results but dont forget the quality! You can rank with automation but usually the results are temporary and that is fine too but most people dont take 4 months and build 70 good articles if they are going for a site that will rank for a short time.

Is good upload my educational videos to all the video sharing websites? I can create backlinks
 
there's so much reason that can be involved, 4 months old mean you can be in sandbox... how many bl dod u create, not too quickly ? r u working different anchor with domain name (or your brand) in majority of those ?

This is always a frustrating topic. You're not optimizing enough with anchor texts and meta tags. WHOA there now you're optimizing a little TOO much so we're gonna punish you! Damn you G panda...
 
If it's a competitive niche - a commercial niche - you need authority.

That's primarily links and age.
Whoever is going around telling people you can rank long term in commercial niches without links is talking out of their a$$.
While SPAMMING links no longer works so well for many - GOOD links are more vital than ever.
See the link profile of your competitors and beat it with sensible links.
Sensible these days more often than not involves deep linking (linkng to every viable URL within your site)
and probably hundreds of GOOD links rather than tens of thousands of crap ones.

Links with content for context - using varied anchor text, across a large number of platforms - made over time...wins the day

Zero links in a competitve niche is almost definitely a fail.
Onsite factors and SEO are more important in most form of web promotion, but Link are still the NUMBER ONE consideration.

Roughly...

2000 = 2010 = 10% site 90% links
2011 = 25% site 75% links
2012 = 33% site 67% links
2013 = 40% site 60% links (best guess)

By 2015 content might be as important as links - but even then a site WITH links will beat a site without.

First of all, quality content is SEO, but it's just a part of it. Backlinks imo are more important, because backlinks are what actually tell Google that your website is good enough to rank higher. Is good content important? absolutely, but you can rank a site with shitty content and good backlinks rather than ranking a site with good content and shitty backlinks.

At the moment this is pretty true
Think of good content as "insurance" for future updates
While crap content will do fine in most circumstances now Caffeine (content update frequency) Panda (basic quality of content) and general SERP changes point to google get a little better each year at sorting good content from crap.

But if you want to make money fast and now - and deal with any slaps later - then sub prime content still works in many niches. Wheras in just about all commercial niches - a lack of links = fail
