I'm looking for a good recommendation for a VPS provider where I can run my SEO tools for a few tests.
Very high, ideally unmetered, bandwidth, good line speed, decent allocated resources and ideally cheap...

I'd appreciate any good recommendations, cheers.

BermanHosting always worked well for me. I'd try BHSVPS if you want software installed for ya and ready to go.

There are many good VPS providers out there in BHW :)
Regarding your query even a few offer refund policy too to ensure user's satisfaction.
 
Berman's site is down, and my VPS there has been down all day.
 
Does anyone know of any providers that offer a short trial period to test them out like 24 hours for free or really cheap?

I'm using a lot of Pre installed SEO VPS, all of them are not working 100%. But you'll get a lot of variations specially for tier 2 link building. I love to use SEnuke XCR for profiles, Scrapebox only for scraping, WAC for content, SEO Power Suit as competition tracker and Xrumer for only High PR forum profiles and all of them are supported with 20+ Dedicated proxies. In start you will be frustrate but when you use him all the day you'll be familiar and run a lot of SEO campaigns once. Now days I'm using seotoolsvps.ca which is working fine for me. Support of their team is outstanding, also offering 3 days trial. I think its perfect option, if you are still interested in SEO VPS.

Also looking to some best VPS with installed SEO tools, but agree with you no one is working with 100 percent efficiency. But its still a better option to rank tier 2 backlinks and youtube videos with minutes of campaign.
 
there is a lot of VPS offer in bhw hosting section, check sales thread for best prices/quality/features need
for review, look at what people said is the best i think

bhw sellers you will find in hosting have a lot of diversity and you will find best price out there
