I was using gsa ser copy before i own gsa ser with scrapeboxvps and they do a great work. I use their gsa ser with a medium plan (40$ or something) and they have some other tools too such as scm etc. But it's trouble-free and very speed if you own these tools licence. But it's up to you.

What do people think about this service is it legit or are they using hacked tools

I Don't think that they are using any crack/hacked tools. Instead, they are using multiple VMs and bypassing licensing system of tools and allowing users to share. You can do simply this kind of things with win power tool.
