SEO Tools Services?

Hey everyone, first of all I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this question.

I'm starting a local SEO Campaign for a small business in The Dominican Republic, i'm trying to get some exact keyword search volume for a few keywords i've selected, but I think i'll need a few tools to evaluate their competition and whatnot. Mainly Looking for AHREF and SEMRUSH since they seem to be the best. However their budget is quite limited, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a service similar to seo group buy.. I think they offered access to those tools at one point for a monthly fee, but not anymore.

Does anyone know of any similar services? Like I said, their budget is limited and purchasing a year long subscription of those two tools is a little too much ATM.

BTW: I've heard I can spend 1$ on a Google Ad campaign and get exact search volumes from google, but i'd like to crosscheck with those tools and analyze their competitors backlinks and stuff, it's mainly why I want to use those tools.

For anyone that might be interested, unfortunately Keywords Everywhere has no data on google.com.do (TDR's Google). It has data on other countries though, and i'll definitely be using it for other projects.

Thanks anyways, and if anyone knows of a SEO tools "renting" service with AHREF and SEMRUSH please let me know . I'll suggest my client signing up for a trial. If it comes to that though.
