Everyone has access to the same black hat tools now, so tools aren’t the edge anymore.

Execution, patience, and footprint control are what separate winners from churn.

What’s your actual edge in 2026?

Not even close. The stuff that works is homegrown or not advertised/available on group buys.

I think it is not something related to footprint control, but execution is always key.
I am using GSA SER from last 14-15 years I guess and still using it. For me it works totally fine.
If you just churn and burn without using your brain your site will be burnt like anything.

Exactly. Anything that’s public, sold, or sitting in a group buy is already burned. The real stuff never gets advertised — it gets used.

Fair point, execution is always king. But good execution today means thinking like an engineer, not just an SEO — timing, noise, and intent hiding matter more than ever. How much have you changed your GSA setup over the years?

I completely agree that execution is key, and it's interesting to hear that you've been using GSA SER for 14-15 years with success. It's a testament to the importance of adapting and refining your approach over time. I'd love to hear more about how you've modified your GSA setup to keep it effective - have you incorporated any custom scripts or tweaks to stay under the radar? Additionally, what role do you think intent hiding plays in your setup, and how do you balance noise levels to avoid raising red flags?

In SEO, using tools well and staying patient matters more than just having the tools.

Execution is exactly why tools like GSA can still work after all these years. I’ve changed the way I use it far more than the tool itself — pacing, selectivity, and when not to run it matter more than scripts. Intent hiding today is mostly about restraint and blending in, not fancy tweaks.

Exactly — tools alone don’t rank sites, operators do. Patience and smart execution separate winners from the burned.
