SEO to Copied Site good or bad?

Hello,

So heres my situation. I have Site A (Moneymaker & PURE PPC TRAFFIC) but I cant test SEO BST's on it because obv its the money site. SO i want to make a 2nd site with all the same products and do PURE SEO on it.

Questions

1. If i copied over the same Shopify theme/products over to the 2nd site would that be bad for SEO on the 2nd site?
2. If (1.) is a Yes...then what is the best way I can make a copy site faster? Btw we have like 10,000 products.

ANS 1:
If you're cloning website layout then its fine but if you are cloning the whole site with content then it will harm you in seo.

Surely, it will effect on your previous seo work, the hard work that you have been done will be waste.

ANS 2:
If you're using wordpress use duplicator plugin to clone your website and deploy in new host.
For other framework, you can ask your server support team to clone it.

Mare sure, your should not use copyrighted content from SITE A.
