SEO tips?

I want to get this site to the first page for the keywords "urban legends". Any tips on how I can do that?

I think I need to work on optimizing my site first, but it's hard to keep a decent keyword density (you'll understand when you see the site). Any tips on putting my keyword somewhere in there?

Use some SEO pluggins like all-in-one-SEO

I have Platinum SEO, and I SEO every post as best I can. It's just hard to rank well and get Adsense ads to show the keyword "urban legends".

Anyone else?
