@asad58 dude, don't share your URLs with strangers, especially with strangers on the biggest SEO forum on the planet, and especially if you have Adsense on your site.
To your question... to rank in google you need 4 things:
1) find keywords that are easy to rank for
2) publish unique content around those keywords
3) build quality links to your homepage (mostly) and to harder to rank pages every now and then
4) rinse and repeat until you rank and money money
These are the best tips that I can give you without having more info about your site, or what you need specifically. So, like everyone else said. be more specific with what you need, and make sure that you read A LOT on how SEO works. Many people have made money with the SEO knowledge that they've acquired off this forum for free, so it's possible. You just need dedication

1) in 2012 when I started doing Adsense I met a guy online that lived here in my local area, and the guy was killing it with Adsense... well, back then I was making good money with Adsense too, because there wasn't too much competition in google. But anyway, I digress....
The point is that the guy was making good money with Adsense (close to 5 figures a month which was - and still is - a lot of money for the common Romanian citizen)... so, after this big check that he got from Google he told his parents about his sites and how he makes money and few days later his mother had started clicking on his ads like crazy because she "wanted to help him make even more money".
And if you've done your research on Adsense you know that one of the first, and most important rules to making money with Adsense is NOT to click on your own ads
But the guy (well, his entire family, not just him) lived under the same roof and they've had the same IP and Google have detected multiple and repeated clicks from the same IP (which was associated with the address that he guy had registered with Adsense) and they've put 1 and 1 together to get the necessary 2 that was needed to kick him out of Adsense.
The guy had been devastated, even today I can not forget his face and desperation...
But anyway, the moral of the story: if you run Adsense on your sites keep the damn sites to yourself if you want to keep making money, because they're your business and nobody needs to know how you make your money on the internet (especially if it involves Adsense and other similar methods). Click fraud is one of Adsense's biggest ban triggers, a lot of people (myself included) have gotten kicked out of Adsense because of click fraud (although in my case it's been a different type of click fraud
)2) And even if you don't run Adsense on your sites, it's just recommended that you don't share your sites with strangers (and especially with SEO strangers) because if they like what they see they might steal your niche and keywords, which will increase the competition for you, which I'm sure you wouldn't want
Worse even, if those strangers don't like you, or are naturally evil (like some folks really are) they'll just find ways to ruin you, or your site. So, why give them reasons to do this??
3) and last but definitely not least, google employees are monitoring this forum and - if you've been involved with SEO for even a short while - I'm sure you've understood by now that link building is one of the most important parts of SEO and one of the main reasons for which you might, or might not rank.
And if you come here, sharing your site with everyone and flexing your muscles how you're going to rank #1 with this site by building links... and if one of google's employees happens to see this... well, I'm sure you can figure out what might happen to your site
But like I said earlier, it's better to just keep your money makers private to avoid unnecessary headaches...
