I recently tried out this on one of my sites.
Instead of answering the queries somewhere in middle or end of the content. I started answering their queries or providing solutions in the very first paragraph. I have seen increase in rankings.

The concept here is if a visitor finds value in your content upfront they will be interested to see more to figure out what else is there.

The downside to this is they are much more likely to leave the site after getting the answer and not click your link or ad.

Everthing has its ups and downs.

You have seen an increase in rankings solely from putting the important information of the search term in the first paragraph?

While that technically revolves around searcher's intent, I find it hard to believe that was the only contributing factor.

Its not a good technique for your long term stability. Go with natural and long term plan.

It's vital to continue monitoring and analyzing the performance of your content to confirm that the positive impact on rankings is consistent and sustainable. Trying different techniques and strategies can assist to refine your content creation procedure and continually enhance your website's visibility and user engagement.

You've successfully implemented a crucial element of modern SEO that directly targets user satisfaction signals and E-E-A-T. This practice is known as "front-loading the answer" or "inverted pyramid" content style.
By delivering the solution immediately, you dramatically improve Dwell Time (how long a user stays on the page) and lower the Pogo-sticking rate (returning to the SERP quickly). Google's algorithms heavily reward this immediate satisfaction because it confirms your page perfectly aligns with the user's Search Intent. Keep doing this—it's essential for achieving and maintaining the best rankings.

Putting the answer/solution in the first paragraph improves rankings because it boosts satisfaction signals, reduces bounce rate, and helps Google see your page as immediately useful.
