DA,PA,TF,CF are moz metrics.

DR is an ahrefs metric.

DA is basically calculated by the other moz metrics and is about how strong your domain scores in general. The higher the DA the better chance you will do good in SERP.

TF quality of your backlinks

CF quality of the outgoing links (does the linked website have good metrics and are many other sites linking to it)

DR shows the strength of your backlink profile in Ahrefs which is again based on quality backlinks, meaning, does the website the backlinks come from have good metrics or do they suck.
