Once again i am looking for a SEO specialist, since i have not found one thus far.

Briefly : My top sites all got hit at the beginning of 2012 ( apparently due to private blog networks) and now im looking to start fresh again.

So, if there is a team or a " person " , who can do a good effective job, please do let me know.
