SEO suggestions for my website

I built an addiction help website. The goal is to help people struggling with addiction find treatment. i have partnered with a call centre that will take the calls and have their phone number featured on the site.

I have had some success with paid media via google pay per call but am struggling on the SEO side. I add a new blog post everyday, have back links from 10+ .edu sites, post on a twitter and facebook daily. The site only ranks for our branded term and nothing else.

Any suggestions on best practices or what I can do to help grow this site organically?

Pretty difficult to make a suggestion without actually seeing your site, anyways - the only strategy is good content + good links
