is anyone else having issues with seo spyglass?

for me its not showing but like 1% of backlinks

A quick search on these forums will tell you that Yahoo's Backlink reporting services has gone buh-bye as of November 21. This will affect tools that depended on Yahoo for backlink reporting for the next few weeks until some other tools come up to make the difference. Reporting backlinks just got 10x harder.

seo spyglass should be working as normal - if not contact support - must be something with your settings (make sure to disable Google and Yahoo apis for best results), autoupdate if you havent already

Ya, I think site explorer no longer exists and other tools will be affected too. It is hard to analyze competitors' backlinks now. Anyone knows any tool that can replace for site explorer?

It does not work as well as it use to but I guess this is to be expected. What are they really going to say? Our product is broke now. You have to take the official word with a grian of salt because it is PR

true pr is pr and fact is a fact and the fact is that somehow seo spyglass still works if in any individual case it does not, support is there to figure things out and have it up and running again

SEO Spyglass still works, you just get only a few backlinks, because they have pulled the major part from SiteExplorer, which is gone now forever.
Maybe the best alternative now (if you still need to see your competitor backlinks) is SEO Backlink Finder. It outnumbers the results from SEO Spyglass very easy for me. And it doesnot have a hidden monthly fee.
