SEO software to post on Drupal, Joomla and possible others

Hi all I've searching for a SEO software that can register, activate and post to Drupal, Joomla and possibly others. I know something like that exists because I one of my competitors constantly building links at rapid and constant approach, especially on high PR site. The username is almost awlays the same and some of the comments are generic, others grab keywords from the page and mix it with other spun text. I've been looking at IgniteSEO, but the reviews here and elsewhere has been bad. Besides, the urls I analysed go back to November last year. Igniteseo has just been released. So, I'm after a software that can automate a registration, activation and post on Drupal and Joomla with spun text. Added captcha would be a money saving bonus. Thanks!

I've been doing these kinds of automation with Magic Submitter. Automation with MS is pretty easy if you know how to do it.
