Accranker === Tested SERPBook n didn't find it sometimes shows wrong rankings n also miss monthly google search.

Step2 - Tier2/3 Linking:

GSA captcha breaker - $147 === Is it good or should i use other captcha brkr service?
GSA SEO indexer - $20 === Do I need this?

Step3 - For expired dom n competition analysis:
Ahrefs - $80 per month Expensive
Backlink Miner - $100 dollars
Netpeak Checker

rank tracker /analyse- use moz free trail or market samurai 40 day trick free or seo link assistant. Ahrefs is good too.

No need for seo indexer. Scrapebox should be good in the beginning .
Backlink Miner ,Netpeak Checker never heard of them .

Don't go with Godaddy VPS for SEO tools.. better use some of the specialized hosts in that field, for example the ones marketing here on BHW..

As about GSA SER, it is must and will repay you back very quickly!

For max result....

For tier #1, think about quality over quantity. And don't use any bot in link building. You outsource writer to write few new articles for cheap rates. Then submit them to high PR blogs and aged 2.0 web properties.

For tier #2, you may use bot such as GSA in link building toward the tier #1.
