SEO Soft/methods allow Russian language

Do you know what is "thematic index of citing"? You should know what it is before you start killing your client's store.
Yandex will remove your store from index for mass blog commenting. All linkwheels, web2.0 properties, blog commenting don't work with Yandex.
Translated texts via GTranslate are crap. Yandex knows russian much better than Google.
I already suggested you the best solution: begun.ru, j2j.ru, gogetlinks.net - these are pay-per-post brokers.
Also you can buy links at sape.ru, but in this way you must know what "thematic index of citing" is.
THe best way for you is to outsource rhis job to native seo guy.

Didn't knew about "thematic index of citing". Thanks for info but the main problem that client pays 2k USD/month and that "native seo guy"s are so greedy b**stards that charge me 2500-3000 USD - I tried at "Freelance . ru". Thats wierd. And thats so funny when I say "LOL why so much" they say "SEO in Russia is soooo expencive and you will not find chieper"...

Well, seo in Russia isn't cheap one, but 2500-3000 USD is too much. Seems like "native seo guy" decided to get rich on you
Fact, if you do seo of russian store yourself, you definately won't achieve success:
a) articles translated by Google are sucks;
b) you won't find a lot of russian social platforms (like Tumblr, Squidoo etc) - everyone live in Vkontakte (it's Facebook for russians);
c) you will need Webmoney to buy articles as well as article submissions into russian blog networks.
