If you want cheap manual SEO service then you can PM me. it will take time but the result will last for a long time. and also you will not affected by Google updates.

I think you should start from link building service cause link building is the mother of SEO. Without links you will be lost on internet.

Just buy links and make fake profiles on facebook or twitter and share your website on those profiles. Also cheap link building will help you a lot.
