What do you believe is the best shopping cart that is search engine friendly and gives you the most flexibility and features?

    Thanks!

    Magento is pretty good.

CC4 is ok, kinda a pain in the ass some times but there are tons of mods for it.

webasyst is another one that is good, bout $200.00 for the script but you can also use them as a "free" cart too I have used them in the past with good success

I've been using Magento, working out very nicely. Assume you meant e-com/CMS, as having actual shopping cart / checkout pages ranking wouldnt be much help.

I use Interspire Shopping cart for my clients. You can white label it. I had one client who went from 15 hits/day to 800 hits/day in no time with no external seo.
It's a bit pricey, but well worth it. They also have flat fees for unlimited support. The support has been above average. Spotty on weekends. Frequent updates and fixes.
