yes like others saying learning seo first....
most importantly you need set amount of moneys to spend and not overspending.... i read newbies thinkings throwing moneys can help but it making them have big debts and laters no result....
fiverr no good if you using it on your main site... it only good for tier 2 sites which backlinking to main sites....
bhw's seo services is luck.... it can work but if google updates or penalising their sites your site will get affecteds too.... so doing like what others does.... asking for samples and see if it having footprints and is content good.... if no AVOIDS!

For some submissions I use seo tools that I won't share them in public because I don’t want to be seen as promoting any tools and others I do them manually in High Authority platforms. I follow the saying "if you want a job done right do it yourself"...
