I think you narrow your filter too much with BTC payment option... it would be far better idea to have these BTC to $$$ and find an SEO service that works not that is just willing to take your coins. You will have no payment protection with BTC. Personal opinion.

TBH, I think your best bet, would to convert it to Cash, then transfer to paypal. You can use a variety of exchanges to do this. Coinbase is what I use.
