Hello, I am looking for Recommendation for best method to increase SEO for website. 3o different links on one site, SEO required for each page which is a different area of country. Need method to rank for each location equally. Possibly would also need another 4 or 5 separate links SEO increased also. What would you recommend?

You will want to build different sets of backlinks to each of your 30 urls with lots of anchor text variety for each url. Then build a second tier to each of your first tier links and third tier to each of the second tier links. Finally, submit your second and third tier links to an indexing service. That will get you started.
