Can you be a little more specific?
A lot of reports are just done in excel spreadsheets, and you can make macros to automatically input data from software (such as verified links from SB or senuke) right into the spreadsheet.

I personally use http://www.myseotool.com. There are some other comparable tools as well.

I've been using it 3 months so far without issues. It's a good price to for the number of clients I have and you can host it on a subdomain so it looks like yourdomain.clientseoreport.com. That way it looks like a portal on your own site, rather than a 3rd party SEO tool to your customers.
The rankings are updated frequently and I haven't had issues thus far.

Is this what a lot of agencies use who have client portals or are there others like it?
