I guess being a great technical mind has its pros and cons. I need a better way to show clients what is going on with their SEO results.

I need a SEO Reporting Tool that generates a nice pdf or something to send to my clients that shows what their website is doing, traffic, etc.

I want it to be automatic..... maybe even built in automatic email invoice would be awesome....

What tools are you using? ? ? Anybody????

I put it in white hat.....

Recommended for google analytics configure your daily report in there easy to invoice detail at email in PDF format.

As far as rankings check our serpbook - nice PDF generator you can give to your clients - or just have them log in to see the results.

A couple useful sites for this are:

Raven Tools
SEM Rush
SerpBook

Google analytics.
I also use webseoanalytics and woorank for my SEO analyzing.
SEOMOZ and Majestic SEO for backlink report.

Traffic travis has some nice features as well..

These are in my opinion the best free tools.

really depends on your budget and what data you want to showcase

raventools had everything and decided to go full google and ditch the serp tracker and sem rush data, however they provide nice pdf reports to keep ur clients paying for more abuse

woorank is free, but doesn't monitor site traffic, it's free if you keep chaning ur ip address-- but we never do that...

if your catering on the local level, place scout is pretty killer. Used that with goog analytics and ur good to go.

Inspyder is popular with the gsa and snx crowd and is becoming a true contender, but may lack the nice pdf reports to dazzle ur client's

I use MySEOTool.com You can schedule the reports as you want with automatic delivery, and they are decent looking. My favorite part though is that you can give each client a log in, so they can check rankings at any time. You can also sync it up for rankings in Google, Bing, and Google+ Local (with location searches), Google Analytics, Adwords, Social Media, and I think it has a few more features.

It's paid, but I've been using it for years.

So far SEM Rush physically looks the best... But i do want the automatation in MySeoTool... hmm tough why i put myself through this mess....

why would anybody round HERE change their ip address..... grins in the corner.... :stups:

im liking this, reminds of raven tools before they fully sold out to google, do you know if there going to through the same bs as ravens did with scraped data?

For a SEO Reporting software, you might be interested in this product we are building. Here's a sample cover page of it.

It's a bit finiky but a free and powerful method would be to set up a Google Doc for live reporting: can't post a link but try searching: aleydasolis seo dashboard google docs

If you have the budget, there's an automated SEO reporting tool called Trackpal which has scheduled reporting.
