Recently, im doin a kind of single tree linking site. I mean, i got lowest tier a article/ blog, center tier im using a website ( for specific : static site) and upper tier, main tier a static site too..... and finally im using anchor text link for money site. Is this what google want ?

( its because i see all the tier sequentially / consecutive / respectively)...(all the anchor text from lower to 1st tier .... brand keyword - longtail - lsi - secondaty - main keyword )

And i want it to get higher rank, which tier do i have to backlink the most ?

Just keep it natural and don't overcomplicate things with blackhat techniques dated 2005. The Google engine is not that stupid anymore. What you want is your first tier links to get indexed, the lower tiers might help in achieving this, whatever the anchor text is. Content is more relevant. 5 % money keywords in T1 is sufficient.

wait, is that black hat techniques ? i just read somewhere else that its a silo seo technique, related to white hat things. i mean, how come it was a black hat technique if, all people doin the same ? ( i use it because i mapping about 10+ website rank 1 with clean and all relevant )

As said, all you want is the T1 links are being indexed. If these are from relevant sites with authority, these will contribute to your site's ranking positions. There is no point to build tiered junk links from totally unrelated sites with poor content and to worry about the keywords.

i build 1 by 1 same niche, relevant niche, i build it with all my hardwork. how come it become unrelated ? i buy domain 1 by 1 from scratch.... no aged domain, no expired, no gov, no edu and everything.

all tier indexed, but in page 4, all i want is to build my link for tanking my rank 1 domain store. i mean i already rank 1... but the other domain for tanking the rank 1 domain still page 4.
