I’m also curious. Like of course you need the basics like keyword research, standard on page SEO, and etc but I’m wondering if there is anything else in particular that could be helpful

Yea, since real estate is a broad competition. I really need some advice or tips aside from the basics (except blackhat).

Focus on content, write useful local area guides and go micro (down to small neighbourhoods). For your listing page urls and titles go with a structure: characteristics, property type, neighbourhood+city keyword combination (example: 3 bed penthouse for sale in Camden, London).
