I am a begginner at SEO, and I have a website, that's fairly new... About 1 Year old.
It has no backlinks whatsoever the only ones it has are from craigslist posts.
I want it to rank in the top five for the search: Dallas Apartments

How much would somebody charge for the SEO & how long do you think it would take to get there?

If you want your SEO to be done on the Black/gray hat way PM me your budget and I will look into it .
If you want it done on the white hat way check The_demon , he owns an Internet marketing firm , and he can probably do it

getting a lot of people with very few posts ad when i look at their posts, they were asking what scrapebox was 1 month ago and crap! lol

Hi! I live in Ukraine and I am about 3 yrs in SEO. I have a small company here so u can ping me for details and quotes. Approximately - 600-700 bucks per month for 6-8 month.

Maybe more or less but approx - this is the real price of the job. You will get about 5-8 KWs in top 10.
