IF you have traffic coming to your spammed site then yes of course you can 301 redirect them to your web 2.0s

is there any traffic that is coming from spammed sites?
Or if the spammed site has some valid PR then it would be logical to 301 to web 2.0's

You can 301 redirect the traffic coming from your spammed sites to web 2.0s. I don't find any issues with it.
