GoDaddy offers SEO services when purchasing a website. Is it best to use GoDaddy’s seo service or hire someone on fiverr, which one would probably give the best outcome?

Godaddy is not giving customized SEO services. That is more or less marketing trick. You should go for pro seo company.

Go Daddy is bullshit.
Fiverr is bullshit.

Go to BHW marketplace section, check the reviews and order there.

Neither.

Hire someone who actually knows what SEO is and isn't going to tank your site.

Best way is to learn it yourself but otherwise hiring an expert is the best idea, bhw sellers are way better then fiverr and other similar platform services
