SEO Question

I am just starting out with SEO.
I want to know Should I start building Link Wheels Right from the start or do slow link building for the 1st month and then some aggressive Link building and Link wheeling after the 1st month.

I am working for a 2 KW's one with 1,780,000 competition and the other with 168,000 (exact searches) .

and yes I have used the search button could not find any answer.

start from the beginning.. if you are worried about anything just make the link wheel but don't bookmark or ping it, although I wouldnt worry at all and as soon a the site is up and running I would start building the wheels, backlinks, articles, ect.

Get backlinks from blogs, web2.0, articles, wheels, forums and bookmarks. Go for quality links (high pr) instead of quantity and you'll be fine.

There is no issues building link wheels from the start just go for it.
