Giftedwizard,

You can also get traffic by guest posting on others' blogs. This is a good way to get exposure for your site. Other than the things you have mentioned (which encompass many different things) you can also just buy traffic on a PPC network.

A combination of all of the above in good proportions. Abusing only one of the above can even result in penalty from Google, so diversify a hell out of your backlinking strategies, anchor texts, etc.
