SEo properties

Ok as I know one of the best ways to get link juice to your website is to have you own properties.
I have noticed that more people build their properties on free hosts like TUMBLR or BLOGGER.

I was thinking that:

I have website A. Now I build 10 blogs on Tumblr. Each blog includes 10 articles with anchor text link to the money page.

So this way I have ten blogs with 10 articles each what results with 100 links to my money page.

The question is.
Does the links built on multiple blogs from the same platform with the same SHAERED IP have any power?

Do you have any experience with it?

There is power, but not linear power.

Meaning that 10 blogs on the same platform does not have the same power as 10 blogs on different platform all linking to you.

The more links you have from the same domain, the less effect they have. Same with IP. Higher trust sites decrease this somewhat, but they're still affected. I'm not saying it's not worth having multiple links from the same site (and if they're spread deep throughout your site, it's better) - but each one does pass slightly less 'juice'.

It's why the old content farms and sub-domain mass-sites no longer work.
