I haven't seen it being offered anywhere for free. I bought my copy. It's not expensive and worth the money. Especially if you have any autoblogs.

Well I only have 2 websites so far.. I just thought it would help for my rankings, you guys think its worth it?

I don't have the budget for it yet.

It means the software is already active.. or that you do not need to purchase an activation code.

I saw a negative result to getting my sites to around 90%+ optimization based on that tool. After I dropped in the SERPS, I reverted back to my original SEO and bounced back.

The one thing you have to remember is that the tool's effectiveness is only as good as the author's knowledge/experience of on page SEO - something that I didn't consider before using it.
