Is it worth investing when Yahoo Site Explorer apparently being stopped? As so many of the features rely upon this.

I know there is a free edition here but not everything works on it and reliability is a must when dealing with clients.

where did you hear that yahoo site explorer is being stopped?
 
we at link assistant are prepared for the site explorer transition and yahoo site explorer is going to be replaced with quality backlink sources in seo spyglass. we are surely not planning to let down our customers on quality and are working on a few quite amazing technologies to collect even more, even better backlinks. and while we are still working on them, the "how" part shall remain a secret, but not for too long. seo powersuite was and will continue to be a quality product, including seo spyglass backlink checker
 
SEO SpyGlass is the best thing of its kind by a mile.
I dont value LinkAssitant particularly, nor the audit software, but the RankChecker looks useful.

I paid maybe $100 for SpyGlass on its own, $150 for SpyGlass and RankChecker is a no brainer IMO.

If I could pay an extra $50 to add Rank Checker onto my license I would.
 
Will the discount work for Seo Spyglass? or there are any similar "huge" discounts only for Seo Spyglass?
 
Sure spyglass and rank tracker is really useful.You can trace your competitor by spyglass and its discover huge good backlink ;) you can buy it if you want
 
Seo Spyglass has good features but will wait to see what will happen when Yahoo Site Explorer will dissapear. Yahoo Site Explorer is the main, best source for backlinks. I highly doubt Blekko or Dogpile etc can return as many results as Yahoo Site Explorer, fresh results.

Too bad Seo Spyglass didn't created his own bots, database like Majestic Seo or Seomoz.
 
i am quite sure LinkAssistance will go for MajecticSEO. let see what happens.
