SEO Powersuite Error--- Please help

Hello, please i downloaded a working version of SEO powersuite recently but after installing and activation, I cant get the software to work!
When trying to use SEO Spyglass, I got this error "SEO spyglass could not find any results.
this situation may be caused by external reasons and is easy to correct" same goes for the rest like Rank tracker, e.t.c

I followed the link provided but it shows hostgator 404 error. I Googled it but all the relevant links also send me to a 404 error page.
Have you gotten this experience with this software before? how did you fix it? please help me plssssssssssssss. Thanks

Same issue here - and the official sites seem down - is this product for real or is it just outdated crap that was a flash in the pan?
