After downloading the SEO PowerSuite from their site and installed in Ubuntu 14.04 (the linux version) I opened up my terminal and wrote this command: ?sudo ufw deny out to 208.115.108.42?. This is the Linux Version to block all traffic to that ip. Then I opened up all the programs and put the latest username and serial, from above and works like a charm

For Mac I think you can just edit your hosts file to block the Ip.

Fellas, here is the solution for those who use Win XP and other windows:
- Download Peerblock, install it, got to history, find this IP: 208.115.108.42, right click and press Block IP.

Works perfect form me.
Enjoy!
